for the courts of the Lord.
My heart and my flesh
cry out for the living God. |
| 3我的灵魂对上主的宫庭渴慕及缅怀。我的心灵以及我的肉身，向生活的天主踊跃欢欣。 | 3Even the sparrow finds a home,
and the swallow a nest
where she may lay her young,
at your altars, O Lord of hosts,
my King and my God! |
| 4万军的上主，我的君王，我的天主，麻雀靠近你的祭坛找到了住所，燕子也找到了安置幼雏的窝巢。 | 4Happy are those who live in your house,
continually singing your praise! |
| 5上主，居住在你的殿宇，常赞美你的，真是有福！（休止） | 5Happy the pilgrims whom you strengthen,
to make the ascent to you. |
| 6那以你作为自己的助佑，居心朝圣的人，真是有福！ | 6As they pass through the Valley,
they make it a place of springs,
the early rain covers it with blessings. |

till they appear before God in Zion. |

look upon the face of your anointed! |

than a thousand elsewhere.
I would rather be left at the threshold
in the house of my God
than to dwell in the tents of the wicked. |
| 11的确在你宫庭逗留一日，远胜过在别处逗留千日。我宁愿站在我天主殿宇的门限，我不愿逗留在恶人帐幔的里面， | 11For the Lord God is a sun and a shield;
he bestows favor and glory.
The Lord withholds no good thing
from those who walk in uprightness. |
| 12因为上主天主是太阳，是护盾。上主常广施恩爱和光荣；他对行为正直纯洁的人，从来不会拒绝赐福赐幸。 | 12O Lord of hosts,
blessed are those who trust in you. |
