| 1达味作，训诲诗。罪恶蒙赦免，过犯得遮掩的人，是有福的。 | 1Blessed is the one whose sin is forgiven,
whose iniquity is wiped away. |
| 2上主不归咎，心中无诈欺的人，是有福的。 | 2Blessed are those in whom the Lord sees no guilt
and in whose spirit is found no deceit. |
| 3就在我缄默不语的时期内，我的骨骸因常伤叹而疲衰； | 3When I kept my sin secret,
my body wasted away,
I was moaning all day long. |
| 4因为你的手昼夜在重压着我，我的力量像在盛暑中而消耗。（休止） | 4Your hand day and night lay heavy upon me;
draining my strength, parching my heart
as in the heat of a summer drought. |
| 5我终于向你承认我的罪过，丝毫也没有隐瞒我的邪恶，我说：「我要向上主承认我的罪孽，」你即刻便宽赦了我的罪债。（休止） | 5Then I made known to you my sin
and uncovered before you my fault,
saying to myself,
"To the Lord I will now confess my wrong."
And you, you forgave my sin,
you removed my guilt. |
| 6为此，虔敬的人在困厄时，都应向你哀祷，纵使大水氾滥成灾，他也不会遭受波涛。 | 6So let the faithful ones pray
to you in time of distress;
the overflowing waters will not reach them. |
| 7你是我的避难所，救我脱离灾祸，你以拯救我的喜乐，常环绕着我。（休止） | 7You are my refuge;
you protect me from distress
and surround me with songs of deliverance. |
| 8「我教导你，指示你应走的正道，双眼注视你，亲自作你的向导。」 | 8I will teach you,
I will show you the way to follow.
I will watch over you and give you counsel. |
| 9不要像骡马一般糊涂，需要缰辔来加以管束；不然，不向你跟前趋赴。 | 9Do not be like the horse or the mule -
senseless and led by bit and bridle. |
| 10邪恶的人，必要受许多的痛苦；仰望上主的人，必有慈爱围护， | 10Many woes befall the wicked,
but the Lord's mercy enfolds those who trust in him. |
| 11正义的人们！你们应在上主内欢欣喜乐。 | 11Rejoice in the Lord, and be glad,
you who are upright;
sing and shout for joy,
you who are clean of heart. |
