| 1達味作。上主，我要全心稱謝你，因你俯聽了我的懇祈。我要在眾神前歌頌你， |
1 Of David. I thank you, LORD, with all my heart; before the gods to you I sing. |
| 2朝你的聖所伏地致敬；為了你的仁慈和至誠，我必要稱謝你的聖名；因為你把你的名號和你的諾言，在萬物與萬民的面前發揚彰顯， |
2I bow low toward your holy temple; I praise your name for your fidelity and love. For you have exalted over all your name and your promise. |
| 3我幾時呼號你，你就俯允我，並將我靈魂上的力量增多。 |
3When I cried out, you answered; you strengthened my spirit. |
| 4地上萬君聽你口的諭旨；上主，他們都必來讚頌你， |
4All the kings of earth will praise you, LORD, when they hear the words of your mouth. |
| 5並歌頌上主的作為說：上主的光耀偉大無比！ |
5They will sing of the ways of the LORD: "How great is the glory of the LORD!" |
| 6上主尊高無比，仍垂顧弱小，惟對驕傲的人，卻遠遠旁眺。 |
6The LORD is on high, but cares for the lowly and knows the proud from afar. |
| 7我若處於困難中，你必保全我的性命，你用右手救我，伸手拒抗仇人的憤恨。 |
7Though I walk in the midst of dangers, you guard my life when my enemies rage. You stretch out your hand; your right hand saves me. |
| 8上主必替我完成這工程；上主，你的仁慈永遠常存，求你不要放棄你的作品。 |
8The LORD is with me to the end. LORD, your love endures forever. Never forsake the work of your hands! |
