| 1达味圣咏。上主，求你俯听我的祈祷，因你忠诚，俯允我的哀号，我求你俯允，因你的公道！ | 1Blessed be the Lord my God, who teacheth my hands to fight, and my fingers to war. |
| 2千万不要传唤你的仆人前去受审，因为活人在你面前不能称为义人； | 2My mercy, and my refuge: my support, and my deliverer: My protector, and I have hoped in him: who subdueth my people under me. |
| 3仇人迫害我，将我的生命压倒在地，置我于黑暗之中，视我与死人无异； | 3Lord, what is man, that thou art made known to him? or the son of man, that thou makest account of him? |
| 4我的精神在我内萎靡不振，我的心灵在我内渐形僵硬。 | 4Man is like to vanity: his days pass away like a shadow. |
| 5我回忆以往的时日，默想你的各种奇事，思量你手中的作为。 | 5Lord, bow down thy heavens and descend: touch the mountains and they shall smoke. |
| 6向着你我常伸开我的双手，渴慕你我的灵魂有如干土。（休止） | 6Send forth lightning, and thou shalt scatter them: shoot out thy arrows, and thou shalt trouble them. |
| 7上主，求你快来俯听我，因我的精神萎靡坎坷；莫要对我遮掩你的慈颜，莫让我像陷入深坑者然。 | 7Put forth thy hand from on high, take me out, and deliver me from many waters: from the hand of strange children: |
| 8赐我清晨得闻你的仁慈，因我完全信赖你；让我认识我应走的道路，因我举心向往你。 | 8Whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity. |
| 9求你救我摆脱我的仇敌！上主因为我时常投奔你！ | 9To thee, O God, I will sing a new canticle: on the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings I will sing praises to thee. |
| 10求你教我承行你的旨意，因你是我的天主。愿你的善神时常引导我，走上平坦的乐土。 | 10Who givest salvation to kings: who hast redeemed thy servant David from the malicious sword: |
| 11上主，为了你的圣名，让我得以生存，为了你的慈爱，领我走出苦津， | 11Deliver me, And rescue me out of the hand of strange children; whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity: |
| 12为你恩佑，灭我仇人，铲除磨难我的诸人，因为我是你的仆人。 | 12Whose sons are as new plants in their youth: Their daughters decked out, adorned round about after the similitude of a temple: |
| 13 | 13Their storehouses full, flowing out of this into that. Their sheep fruitful in young, abounding in their goings forth: |
| 14 | 14Their oxen fat. There is no breach of wall, nor passage, nor crying out in their streets. |
| 15 | 15They have called the people happy, that hath these things: but happy is that people whose God is the Lord. |
