| 1登圣殿歌。不拘你是谁，只要你敬畏上主，在他的道路上行走，就算有福！ | 1Often have they fought against me from my youth, let Israel now say. |
| 2你能吃你双手赚来的食物，你便实在幸运，也万事有福！ | 2Often have they fought against me from my youth: but they could not prevail over me. |
| 3你的妻子住在你的内室，像一株葡萄树结实累累；你的子女绕着你的桌椅，相似橄榄树的枝叶茂密。 | 3The wicked have wrought upon my back: they have lengthened their iniquity. |
| 4的确，谁敬畏上主，必受这样的祝福！ | 4The Lord who is just will cut the necks of sinners: |
| 5惟愿上主由熙雍圣山向你祝福，使你一生得见耶路撒冷的福禄， | 5Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Sion. |
| 6使你目睹你的子女的子女，见到以色列民的平安富足。 | 6Let them be as grass on the tops of houses: which withered before it be plucked up: |
| 7 | 7Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand: nor he that gathereth sheaves his bosom. |
| 8 | 8And they that have passed by have not said: The blessing of the Lord be upon you: we have blessed you in the name of the Lord. |
