| 1达味诗歌，交与乐官。 | 1How long, O Lord, will you forget me and hide your face from me? |
| 2上主，你把我全然遗忘，要到何时？上主，你掩面而不顾我，要到何时？ | 2How long must I suffer pain in my soul and grief in my heart all the day long? How long shall my enemy triumph over me? |
| 3我的心情终日惆怅，要到何时？我的仇敌高居我上，要到何时？ | 3Look upon me and answer, O Lord my God! Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death; |
| 4上主，我的天主！求你垂顾回答我；赐我眼目明亮，别让我沉睡而亡。 | 4lest my enemy say, "I have routed him," lest my foes rejoice of my fall. |
| 5免得我的仇人说：「我已打了胜仗！」免得我跌倒之时，敌人欢欣若狂。 | 5But I put my trust in your unfailing love, my heart will rejoice on seeing your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, for he has been good to me! |
| 6我今信赖你的爱怜；我心欢愉你的救援；我要向我恩主歌赞。 | 6 |
