deliver me from the wicked and deceitful. |
| 2天主，你既是我的勇力，你为什么驱逐我？为什么让我在仇人的压迫下，忧伤走过？ | 2You are my God, my stronghold,
why have you cast me out?
Why should I go about mourning,
oppressed by the enemy? |
| 3求你发出你的光明和你的真道：引导我，带我到你的圣山和居所。 | 3Send forth your light and your truth;
let them be my guide,
let them take me to your holy mountain,
to the place where you reside. |
| 4我就要走近天主的祭坛前，走近我最喜悦的天主面前。天主，我主！我向你弹琴颂赞。 | 4Then will I go to the altar of God,
to God, my gladness and delight.
I will praise you with the lyre and harp,
O God, my God. |
| 5我的灵魂，你为何悲伤？为何忧苦？期望天主！因为我还要向他颂祝，因为他是我的救援，是我的天主。 | 5Why are you so downcast, my soul,
why so troubled within me?
Hope in God, for again I will praise him -
