How numerous are they who rise against me! |
| 2上主，迫害我的人，不可胜数！攻击我的人，成群结队！ | 2How many are they who say of my soul:
"There is no help for him in God!" |
| 3很多人论及我说：「天主绝不拯救他！」（休止） | 3But you are my shield, O Lord,
my glory, you lift up my head. |
| 4但是你，上主，是维护我的盾牌，是我的荣耀，常使我首昂头抬。 | 4Aloud I cry to the Lord,
and from his holy hill he answers me. |
| 5我一向上主大声呼号，他便从圣山上俯听我。（休止） | 5If I lie down to sleep,
again I awake, for the Lord supports me; |
| 6我躺下安睡，我又醒了，因为上主常扶持着我。 | 6no fear of the thousands standing against me. |
| 7虽有千万人向我围攻，我一丝一毫也不惊恐。 | 7Arise, O Lord!
Deliver me, O my God!
You strike all my enemies on the jaw,
you have broken the teeth of the wicked. |
| 8上主，请你兴起奋发；我的天主，求你救拔，因为你击破了我仇敌的腮颊，你打碎了众恶人的门牙。 | 8Salvation comes from the Lord.
May your blessing be upon your people! |
