| 1达味的训导诗，避居山洞时的祷词。 | 1I cry aloud to the Lord,
in a loud voice I beseech the Lord. |
| 2我高声向上主呼求，我高声向天主求助。 | 2Before him I pour out my sorrows,
before him I lay bare my troubles |
| 3我向他倾吐我的愁苦，我向他陈诉我的忧虑。 | 3and my spirit grows faint.
But you know my path.
Along the way I walk
they have hidden a trap for me. |
| 4当我精神愁苦的时候，惟有你知悉我的路途。在我行走的道路中；他们给我设下陷阱。 | 4Look to my right and see:
no one recognizes me.
I have lost all means of escape;
no one wants to help me. |
| 5我向右观察细看，没有一个熟悉我的人！没有一人我可投奔，没有一人为我操心。 | 5I cry to you, O Lord;
I say, "You are my refuge,
my portion in the land of the living." |
| 6上主，我今呼号说：你是我的避难所，在这活人的地方，你就是我的福爵。 | 6Listen to my groaning,
for I am in deep despair.
Rescue me from my pursuers,
for they are too strong for me. |
| 7求你倾听我的哀号，因我十分可怜无靠，求你救我脱离迫害我的人，因他们是比我强悍的人。 | 7O, set me free from captivity,
that I may praise your name!
Then the righteous will gather about me
when they see that you took care of me. |
