| 1登圣殿歌，达味作。上主，我的心灵不知骄傲蛮横，我的眼目不知高视逞能；伟大惊人的事，我不想干，超过能力的事，我不想办。 | 1O Lord, my heart is not proud nor do I have arrogant eyes. I am not engrossed in ambitious matters, nor in things too great for me. |
| 2我只愿我的心灵，得享平静与安宁；就像断乳的幼儿，在他母亲的怀抱中，我愿我的心灵在我内，与那幼儿相同。 | 2I have quieted and stilled my soul like a weaned child on its mother's lap; like a contented child is my soul. |
