| 2雿惩睲¹煺¸滚虾è坔æ䲮ç±°µ鞟´¼?¸磰¦¯隞硋平憯½½惩烐²埝㕑驱墧é嚗½惩煾蹱糓雿»暻洁º页¼ | 2On condition that you should not make a league with the inhabitants of this land, but should throw down their altars: and you would not hear my voice: why have you done this? |
| 3ç甇斗å銁隤迎¼穃¿¸齿»硋穃¾硺½惩煾å滩¶閗粥嚗?»硋雿惩穃°糓é萅é嚗?»硋¥噼¦鞟雿惩¾雯ã | 3Wherefore I would not destroy them from before your face: that you may have enemies, and their gods may be your ruin. |
| 4ç訜銝蜓ç蝙è°滚隞亥å摮鼗°牧é体店æ¼?参憪㮖噶æè憭批揑嚗 | 4And when the angel of the Lord spoke these words to all the children of Israel, they lifted up their voice, and wept. |
| 5å䭾迨蝯阡åæ䲮韏瑕滚㙈瘜X揖ã»硋穃銁é鋆∠策銝蜓憟厩㭱鈭平ç㭱ã | 5And the name of that place was called, The place of weepers, or of tears: and there they offered sacrifices to the Lord. |
| 6èèéæ袇鈭参憪橒¼隞亥å摮鼗°穃停å?è撌望匧¾㛖璆剖绦嚗?雿娪 㗛åæ䲮ã | 6And Josue sent away the people, and the children of Israel went every one to his own possession to hold it: |
| 7ç訜èèå銁銝¼??»硋绦銝硋¾?¼?鈭¦钅¸蜓ç隞亥åæ銵?之鈭讠è煾銁ç嚗?参憪㯄鈭见¥劐¸蜓ã | 7And they served the Lord all his days, and the days of the ancients, that lived a long time after him, and who knew all the works of the Lord, which he had done for Israel. |
| 8銝蜓ç蓥荦嚗颲²ç 鍦èè銝ç参銝å革æ绦鈭¸硔 | 8And Josue the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being a hundred and ten years old, |
| 9鈭筝烐»硋见銁隞硋璆剔¢嚗?朗å銁å¼麾å 撅勖嚗å燵憯«撅勖烾çæ鞾»条´滩笋å埝鱻ã | 9And they buried him in the borders of his possession in Thamnathsare in mount Ephraim, on the north side of mount Gaas. |
| 10ç訜é銝隞?荦é甇豢䲰隞硋¥硋 ?诳驱?¼?銁隞硋睲¹见¾?¼??丝鈭銝隞?¼?»硋睲¸滩ª滩䀝¸蜓嚗?¹煺¸滨䰻é㮖¸蜓ç隞亥åæ銵?º贝¹麄 | 10And all that generation was gathered to their fathers: and there arose others that knew not the Lord, and the works which he had done for Israel. |
| 11隞亥å摮鼗°¡?º¸蜓阆æçº页¼?º见¥劐º撌渲³隢貊¥ | 11And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and they served Baalim. |
| 12隞硋煾琏º¸蜓隞硋¥硋 ?予銝鸣¼?朗é 䀝»硋穃éååç予銝鸣¼??辶驱硺ºç¥¼?䕪æ靝»硋穃å°烐雠¥¼?䭾迨阃豢雴º¸蜓ã | 12And they left the Lord the God of their fathers, who had brought them out of the land of Egypt: and they followed strange gods, and the gods of the people that dwelt round about them, and they adored them: and they provoked the Lord to anger. |
| 13隞硋?鈭¸蜓嚗??º见¥撌渲³åé燵掸睃垍鹱ã | 13Forsaking him, and serving Baal and Astaroth. |
| 14æ䲰æ糓銝蜓撠隞亥å憭抒䔄敹踵¼?»硋睲漱å銁撘瑞衤叶嚗?㙈撘瑞阔æ»硋¼°»硋都蝯血ç訽鈭绰¼?蝙隞硋睲¸滩ææ»硋訽鈭绰¼ | 14And the Lord being angry against Israel, delivered them into the hands of plunderers: who took them and sold them to their enemies, that dwelt round about: neither could they stand against their enemies: |
| 15隞硋隢硋绦é鋆∴¼?¸蜓ç讠蜇æ糓å惩拿隞硋¼?薗愦¸蜓æ隤芰¼?薗愦¸蜓å睲»硋烐韏瑞ª橒¼?蝙隞硋穃埈扔憭抒㜃ã | 15But whithersoever they meant to go, the hand of the Lord was upon them, as he had said, and as he had sworn to them: and they were greatly distressed. |
| 16銝蜓é?丝瘗煾嚗?墙æ睲»硋é撘瑞页¼ | 16And the Lord raised up judges, to deliver them from the hands of those that oppressed them: but they would not hearken to them, |
| 17雿»硋睲»滢¸滩è驱硺»硋°煾嚗?滩?¤㚚ç¥噼¡?楞嚗? 旨å䕪æ頣¼?¿笔éé衤º»硋¥硋 ?韏啁滚¾硺¸蜓å隞斤楝嚗?²埝厩璅?¡?º卝 | 17Committing fornication with strange gods, and adoring them. They quickly forsook the way, in which their fathers had walked: and hearing the commandments of the Lord, they did all things contrary. |
| 18ç訜銝蜓蝯虫»硋?丝瘗煾æ¼?¸蜓è°煾å?銁嚗?銁瘗煾銝ç毺革æ?叶嚗?睲»硋é隞訽ç页¼?删銝蜓è阆衤º»硋穃堒£刊翰甈筝?䔄åç举嚗??鼗鈭»硋¼ | 18And when the Lord raised them up judges, in their days he was moved to mercy, and heard the groanings of the afflicted, and delivered them from the slaughter of the oppressors. |
| 19å虾æ糓瘗煾銝å绦銝吔¼?»硋穃?½㕑?¡?嚗?¡?瘥»硋¥硋 ?凒憯¼?绦餈赓辶憭¥¼?º见¥匧䕪æ靝»硋¼?蜇銝齿琏»硋¥硋 ?銵?? 烐㛖¡?ã | 19But after the judge was dead, they returned, and did much worse things than their fathers had done, following strange gods, serving them and adoring them. They left not their own inventions, and the stubborn way, by which they were accustomed to walk. |
| 20å䭾迨銝蜓撠隞亥å憭抒䔄敹踵附牧嚗?删é嗵参憪㯄閧塳鈭»硋¥硋 ?·删µ鞟毺´¼?²埝㕑驱墧é嚗 | 20And the wrath of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he said: Behold this nation hath made void my covenant, which I had made with their fathers, and hath despised to hearken to my voice: |
| 21ç甇歹¼èè甇饺¾?å?銝讠°烐¼?睲¹煺¸滚滨眏隞硋煾å㵪¼?©遥雿蓥¸å页¼ | 21I also will not destroy the nations which Josue left, when he died: |
| 22ç閰阡©隞亥åæ糓å炏雓孵®?銵?¸蜓ç刊楝嚗?匧¦»硋¥硋 ?é銵?¸璅? | 22That through them I may try Israel, whether they will keep the way of the Lord, and walk in it, as their fathers kept it, or not. |
| 23å䭾迨嚗?¸蜓靽萘嗘º鈭°烐¼?²埝㕑¿罚©»硋¼?¹²埝㗇»硋睲漱å銁隞亥å鈭箸衤叶ã | 23The Lord therefore left all these nations, and would not quickly destroy them, neither did he deliver them into the hands of Josue. |
