And Samson said to his father: Take this woman for me, for she hath pleased my eyes.

5銝㗇驱€æ鞾»条´å绦嚗?¾?æ鞾»条´çš鸡èœ埝™¼?œ页¼?œ劐¸€é塀撠雠­睲»硋’嚗›5Then Samson went down with his father and mother to Thamnatha. And when they were come to the vineyards of the town, behold a young lion met him raging and roaring.
6銝蜓çš¥䂿ªé™滚銁隞澈銝¼?»訜æ™›竣æ‰讠征æ箲嚗?«笔°ç­鼗’閗£¼?末åƒ’閗£°誩控蝢¼»²埝œ㗇Š‰€雿š€嗘º见‘迄隞š?瘥溻€‚6And the spirit of the Lord came upon Samson, and he tore the lion as he would have torn a kid in pieces, having nothing at all in his hand: and he would not tell this to his father and mother.

8éº¸滢¹¼?»硋›䞶绦憡嗅旦嚗?¹噼楝å绦çœ钅é塀甇饵­僐€œ页¼?銁ç­±漤«æœ劐¸€蝒抵œœ½靝ºœ栶€‚8And after some days returning to take her, he went aside to see the carcass of the lion, and behold there was a swarm of bees in the mouth of the lion and a honeycomb.
9隞硋碶ººœå銁æ‰衤叶嚗?匮蝥?‰滩¡?¼?¸€é韏唬¸€éå¼¾?隞?瘥漤鋆∴¼?¹毺策隞硋€睲¸€鈭¼?»硋€睲¹笔º¼?½»²埝œ匧‘迄隞硋€煾€体œ糓驱䂿­±漤«å碶¾š€‚9And when be had taken it in his hands, he went on eating: and coming to his father and mother, he gave them of it, and they ate: but he would not tell them, that he had taken the honey from the body of the lion.
10銝㗇å?¾?é憟喳­鞾鋆∴¼?œ劐荦ç隞身鈭©音嚗?›删é鍦侨鈭筝€烐掸贼€蹱见å€‚10So his father went down to the woman, and made a feast for his son Samson: for so the young men used to do.
11雿œ劐荦摰单€蓥»吔¼?噶隢衤¾¸匧€见?捞é臁隡港»硔€‚11And when the citizens of that place saw him, they brought him thirty companions to be with him.
12銝㗇撠滢»硋€牧嚗€?®ˆ策雿惩€牧å€贝¬馆ª¼?¦ž靝½惩€å銁é€嗘¸予憍音æœ笔嚗?策æˆŒ靘¼?ˆ穃停蝯虫½惩€睲¸匧辣镼航‵å’?¸匧¥㛖旨æœ溻€‚12And Samson said to them: I will propose to you a riddle, which if you declare unto me within the seven days of the feast, I will give you thirty shirts, and as many coats:
13èæ糓雿惩€睲¸滩蝯行ˆ圾隤迎¼?½惩€穃停驱㛖策æˆ睲¸匧辣镼航‵å’?¸匧¥㛖旨æœ溻€€滢»硋€穃°滢»牧嚗€?«衤½䭾Š¬馆ª噼¬策æˆ穃€嚗€13But if you shall not be able to declare it, you shall give me thirty shirts and the same number of coats. They answered him: Put forth the riddle that we may hear it.
14隞硋睲»硋€牧嚗€?£蠘€”笔憌笔“¼?拨è€”笔ç”条”栶€€滢»硋€睲¸匧予銋衤¹¸滩阃?€体¬馆ª€‚14And he said to them: Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days expound the riddle.
15å?鈭洵å›予嚗?»硋€穃°銝㗇çš氖摮鞱牧嚗€?«见¼閗ª䀝½删š¸?井嚗?Š¬馆ª噼牧蝯虫½¼?诳å…齿ˆ穃€烐çç‡雴½惩’?½删š?摰呜€é㮖½惩€«衤ºˆ穃€睲¾¼?糓ç鈭左åˆ穃€š镼踹—¼麄€15And when the seventh day came, they said to the wife of Samson: Soothe thy husband, and persuade him to tell thee what the riddle meaneth. But if thou wilt not do it, we will burn thee, and thy father's house. Have you called us to the wedding on purpose to strip us?
16銝㗇çš氖摮停å銁隞·笔‰滚揑å揑å焩å焩隤迎¼€?½䭾糓ææˆ¼?€?¸齿糓æ„ˆ¼½删策æˆš?ƒ噼牧雓馆ª¼?銝滩圾蝯行ˆã€€銝㗇撠滚旦隤迎¼€?½删œ页¼?ˆ煾瘝埝œ匧‘迄æˆš?瘥㵪¼?€馆å‘迄雿¼麄€16So she wept before Samson and complained, saying: Thou hatest me, and dost not love me: therefore thou wilt not expound to me the riddle which thou hast proposed to the sons of my people. But he answered: I would not tell it to my father and mother, and how can I tell it to thee?
17é銝予憍音æœ笔嚗?旦掸佼銁隞·笔‰滚揑å揑å焩å焩嚗?鈭洵銝予嚗?眏æ䲰憟嫣¸齿çšé€潘¼Œ銝㗇靘踹°¬º訫‘迄鈭旦嚗旦撠望Š¬º訫‘迄è撌梁š?ƒ€‚17So she wept before him the seven days of the feast: and at length on the seventh day as she was troublesome to him, he expounded it. And she immediately told her countrymen.
18å?鈭洵銝予嚗?銁隞㚚€脱´墧?銋见‰㵪¼?åŸš荦蝯虫»牧嚗€?œ劐»€暻潭¯磰œ‚”頣¼œ劐»€暻潭¯­鞾‚拨嚗麄€滢»硋睲»硋€牧嚗€?½惩€銝齿糓ç鍂æˆš°¯滨‰€閧视嚗?½惩€烐捱銝齿œŒæˆš¬º€€18And they on the seventh day before the sun went down said to him: What is sweeter than honey? and what is stronger than a lion? And he said to them: If you had not ploughed with my heifer, you had not found out my riddle.

And being exceeding angry he went up to his father's house:
20銝㗇çš氖摮诳驱?㭱頝煺º½靝»碶捞éƒš¸€å€见?捞。20But his wife took one of his friends and bridal companions for her husband.
