| 3å銁隞碶诳驱?¼?å抅è钅燵驱鈭ºé¾萘?è?丝嚗?½隞亥å瘗煾鈭?º?侨銋衤¹ | 3To him succeeded Jair the Galaadite, who judged Israel for two and twenty years. |
| 4隞劐¸匧见 鍦琜¼?¨馆¸匧撽ａ§¼»硋烐劐¸匧涟å¼?嗘º迂雿å?²鹱é¾萘?嚗?凒å?隞嚗?å銁å抅è钅燵驱åã | 4Having thirty sons that rode on thirty ass colts, and were princes of thirty cities, which from his name were called Havoth Jair, that is, the towns of Jair, until this present day in the land of Galaad. |
| 5é¾萘?甇饺¾?贝麞å銁å㨃摮ã | 5And Jair died: and was buried in the place which was called Camon. |
| 6éæ隞亥å摮鼗°穃?¡?º¸蜓阆æçº页¼?º见¥撌渲³åé燵掸睃垍鹱ç䔿蟡¼?诳åé燵è嵰祼瞍祼æé燵掸祼é燵摮摮鼗°¥¼å畺è贝滨鹱鈭个¥¼»硋?£¸蜓嚗?¸滢º见¥劐»硔 | 6But the children of Israel, adding new sins to their old ones, did evil in the sight of the Lord, and served idols, Baalim and Astaroth, and the gods of Syria and of Sidon and of Moab and of the children of Ammon and of the Philistines: and they left the Lord, and did not serve him. |
| 7銝蜓å隞亥åç䔄æ¼?»硋睲漱å銁å畺è贝滨鹱鈭筝é燵摮摮鼗°烐衤叶ã | 7And the Lord being angry with them, delivered them into the hands of the Philistines and of the children of Ammon. |
| 8驱鲉銝挢渲丝嚗?»硋翰摰喳£枏?隞亥å摮鼗°¼?朗ææ劐½誩銁蝝½瘝喳°滚硫嚗?銁é燵æ暺鈭筝¢å抅è钅燵驱åæ䲮ç隞亥å摮鼗°¼?¸é?挢氩 | 8And they were afflicted, and grievously oppressed for eighteen years, all they that dwelt beyond the Jordan in the land of the Amorrhite, who is in Galaad: |
| 9é燵摮摮鼗°睲¹罚蝝½瘝喃¾æç薗憭§ãæéåå¼麾å 摰呛¼䭾迨隞亥å驱?糓åè㜃ã | 9Insomuch that the children of Ammon passing over the Jordan, wasted Juda and Benjamin and Ephraim: and Israel was distressed exceedingly. |
| 10隞亥å摮鼗°煾睲¸蜓å鐤蝐痘牧嚗?穃穃¾㛖蔽鈭½¼?删æ穃?£º穃予銝鸣¼?º见¥劐º撌渲³隢貊¥¼ | 10And they cried to the Lord, and said: We have sinned against thee, because we have forsaken the Lord our God, and have served Baalim. |
| 11銝蜓撠隞亥å摮鼗°牧嚗?訜å鈭箝é燵æ暺鈭箝é燵摮摮鼗°㻫å畺è贝滨鹱鈭箝 | 11And the Lord said to them: Did not the Egyptians and the Amorrhites, and the children of Ammon and the Philistines, |
| 12瞍鈭箝é燵ç麐è见 鈭箝蝐喳吨璆鈭粹ç雿惩辷¼?½惩穃烐穃è¼?±?²埝匧¾硺»硋烐衤叶æ墙æ睲º½惩¼ | 12The Sidonians also and Amalec and Chanaan oppress you, and you cried to me, and I delivered you out of their hand? |
| 13雿糓雿惩?£º¼?º见¥劐ºç¥¼?䭾迨æ睲¸滚齿墙æ睲½惩¼ | 13And yet you have forsaken me, and have worshipped strange gods: therefore I will deliver you no more: |
| 14å绦å鐤蝐脖½惩烐éæ¥䂿菱嚗®㮖»硋穃銁雿惩煾éæ¾墙æ睲½惩¼ | 14Go and call upon the gods which you have chosen: let them deliver you in the time of distress. |
| 15隞亥å摮鼗°穃°滢¸蜓隤迎¼?穃塳鈭蔽嚗?½遥æ誩°滚¾穃¼?蘨瘙½»æ螱æ烐穃¼ | 15And the children of Israel said to the Lord: We have sinned, do thou unto us whatsoever pleaseth thee: only deliver us this time. |
| 16隞亥å摮鼗°煾¾硺»硋睲叶é㯄膄å绦憭㚚祼??º见¥劐¸蜓嚗¸蜓å滢¸滩摰孵¿隞亥åå㜃ã | 16And saying these things, they cast away out of their coasts all the idols of strange gods and served the Lord their God: and he was touched with their miseries. |
| 17éæé燵摮摮鼗°煾?銁å抅è钅燵驱蝝桃¼隞亥å摮鼗°睲¹罚?銁蝐唾篬掸摰厩麄 | 17And the children of Ammon shouting together, pitched their tents in Galaad: against whom the children of Israel assembled themselves together and camped in Maspha. |
| 18å抅è钅燵驱鈭箸°¦㚚 睃虾甇方牧嚗?狐é见§æé燵摮摮鼗°¼?狐撠曹½å抅è钅燵驱撅°¦㚚 盐 | 18And the princes of Galaad said one to another: Whosoever of us shall first begin to fight against the children of Ammon, he shall be the leader of the people of Galaad. |
