| 1登圣殿歌，达味作。我喜欢，因为有人向我说：我们要进入上主的圣殿！ | 1To thee have I lifted up my eyes, who dwellest in heaven. |
| 2耶路撒冷！我们的双足，已经站立在你的门口。 | 2Behold as the eyes of the servants are on the hands of their masters, As the eyes of the handmaid are on the hands of her mistress: so are our eyes unto the Lord our God, until he have mercy on us. |
| 3耶路撒冷建筑的好似京城，确是内部划一整齐的京城。 | 3Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us: for we are greatly filled with contempt. |
| 4各支派，上主的各支派都齐集在那里，按照以色列的法律称颂上主的名字。 | 4For our soul is greatly filled: we are a reproach to the rich, and contempt to the proud. |
| 5那里设立了执政的座席，那里有达味王室的宝位。 | 5 |
| 6请为耶路撒冷祈祷和平：愿爱慕你的人获享安宁， | 6 |
| 7愿在你的城垣内有平安，愿在你的堡垒中有安全！ | 7 |
| 8为了我的兄弟和同伴，我要向你说：祝你平安！ | 8 |
| 9为了上主我们天主的殿宇，我为你恳切祈祷，祝你幸福。 | 9 |
