| 2在我们天主的城池中，上主至大，应受到赞颂。 | 2Hear these things, all ye nations: give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world. |
| 3他的圣山巍峨高耸，是普世的欢喜，北方中心熙雍圣山，是大王的城邑。 | 3All you that are earthborn, and you sons of men: both rich and poor together. |
| 4天主居于堡垒的中央，显自己为稳固的保障。 | 4My mouth shall speak wisdom: and the meditation of my heart understanding. |
| 5请看，众王纷纷相聚，他们蜂拥走向前去， | 5I will incline my ear to a parable; I will open my proposition on the psaltery. |
| 6他们一见，惊魂丧胆，张惶失措，抱头鼠窜。 | 6Why shall I fear in the evil day? the iniquity of my heel shall encompass me. |
| 7他们在那里惶惧恐怖，苦痛有如临盆的孕妇； | 7They that trust in their own strength, and glory in the multitude of their riches, |
| 8好像塔尔史士的船只，为强烈的东风所袭击。 | 8No brother can redeem, nor shall man redeem: he shall not give to God his ransom, |
| 9在万军上主的城里，即我们天主的城堡，我们所见正如所闻：天主必使城堡永固。（休止） | 9Nor the price of the redemption of his soul: and shall labour for ever, |
| 10天主，我们在你的殿里，沉思默念着你的仁慈； | 10and shall still live unto the end. |
| 11天主，你的名号远达地极，你受的赞美亦应该如此。你的右手全充满了正义， | 11He shall not see destruction, when he shall see the wise dying: the senseless and the fool shall perish together: And they shall leave their riches to strangers: |
| 12愿熙雍山因你的公正而喜乐；犹大女子也要因此欢欣踊跃。 | 12and their sepulchres shall be their houses for ever. Their dwelling places to all generations: they have called their lands by their names. |
| 13你们环绕熙雍巡游，你们数点她的城楼， | 13And man when he was in honour did not understand; he is compared to senseless beasts, and is become like to them. |
| 14观察她的城廓，巡视她的碉堡，是为叫你们向后代子孙陈述： | 14This way of theirs is a stumblingblock to them: and afterwards they shall delight in their mouth. |
| 15他的确是伟大的天主，也永远是我们的天主，始终领导我们的天主。 | 15They are laid in hell like sheep: death shall feed upon them. And the just shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their help shall decay in hell from their glory. |
