| 2上主不归咎，心中无诈欺的人，是有福的。 | 2Give praise to the Lord on the harp; sing to him with the psaltery, the instrument of ten strings. |
| 3就在我缄默不语的时期内，我的骨骸因常伤叹而疲衰； | 3Sing to him a new canticle, sing well unto him with a loud noise. |
| 4因为你的手昼夜在重压着我，我的力量像在盛暑中而消耗。（休止） | 4For the word of the Lord is right, and all his works are done with faithfulness. |
| 5我终于向你承认我的罪过，丝毫也没有隐瞒我的邪恶，我说：「我要向上主承认我的罪孽，」你即刻便宽赦了我的罪债。（休止） | 5He loveth mercy and judgment; the earth is full of the mercy of the Lord. |
| 6为此，虔敬的人在困厄时，都应向你哀祷，纵使大水泛滥成灾，他也不会遭受波涛。 | 6By the word of the Lord the heavens were established; and all the power of them by the spirit of his mouth: |
| 7你是我的避难所，救我脱离灾祸，你以拯救我的喜乐，常环绕着我。（休止） | 7Gathering together the waters of the sea, as in a vessel; laying up the depths in storehouses. |
| 8「我教导你，指示你应走的正道，双眼注视你，亲自作你的向导。」 | 8Let all the earth fear the Lord, and let all the inhabitants of the world be in awe of him. |
| 9不要像骡马一般糊涂，需要缰辔来加以管束；不然，不向你跟前趋赴。 | 9For he spoke and they were made: he commanded and they were created. |
| 10邪恶的人，必要受许多的痛苦；仰望上主的人，必有慈爱围护， | 10The Lord bringeth to naught the counsels of nations; and he rejecteth the devices of people, and casteth away the counsels of princes. |
| 11正义的人们！你们应在上主内欢欣喜乐。 | 11But the counsel of the Lord standeth for ever: the thoughts of his heart to all generations. |
| 12心正的人们！你们应在上主内欢呼踊跃。 | 12Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord: the people whom he hath chosen for his inheritance. |
